Hello soccer families,

What a weekend of snow on PEI!  While summer may seem far away, we've already opened registration for the 2024 summer season.  Next up is our Annual General Meeting.  This is where you come in:

We need your help! Please help keep this club going for the kids in our community. Come out to our AGM and see how you can help. Any commitment big or small is greatly appreciated and no soccer experience is required!

The North Shore Sharks Soccer Club will hold it’s 2024 AGM in person at the North Shore Community Centre on Sunday, March 3rd from 7 - 9pm.  Everyone is welcome and any club member in good standing may vote.  We'll be holding elections for the club executive (president, vice president, treasurer and secretary), reviewing the president and financial reports for the 2023 year, and discussing plans for the 2024 year.  Here are the full list of positions on the board are open for nominations:

A list of the roles and responsibilities for each position is on our website.  We're also looking for volunteers or nominations for Members at Large to assist with registration, ordering equipment, organizing coaches and organizing the canteen.  Please send nominations to northshoresharkssoccer@gmail.com on or before February 24th.

Personal note: After 10 years with the club, this year I can only coach or be president, I can't do both.  So volunteers are needed to either take over as president, with my assistance for the year, or take over the coaching and refereeing I do for the club.
