2025 North Shore Sharks Soccer Club Annual General Meeting

Hello soccer families,

The North Shore Sharks Soccer Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Thursday, Feb 13th from 7 - 9pm at Stanhope Place, Library East Room.

Everyone is welcome and any club member in good standing may vote. We'll be holding elections for the club executive (president, vice president, treasurer and secretary), reviewing the president and financial reports for the 2024 year, and discussing plans for the 2025 year. Here are the full list of positions on the board are open for nominations:

A list of the roles and responsibilities for each position is on our website. We're also looking for volunteers or nominations for Members at Large to assist with registration, ordering equipment, organizing coaches and organizing the canteen. Personal note: After 11 years with the club and 8 years as president I'm stepping down from my position. I'll continue in the Past President role for a year to train and support the new executive. Volunteers are needed to take on executive and support roles, with my assistance for the year, and to take over the coaching and refereeing I do for the club. Without volunteers there is no club.
